PRODUCT AND PRICE
Chemistry Papers 2 and 3 with their mark schemes: £5 one-off purchase, no subscription, physical delivery or shipping charge. One ZIP contains four English-language printable PDFs, seven A4 pages each. Each question paper is 50 marks and 60 minutes. Coverage is selective, not every specification point. Paper 1 remains free and is excluded. Independent BTECRevision material, not an official Pearson paper or endorsed by Pearson. No examination grade is guaranteed.
FORMAT, LICENCE AND SUPPLY
You need internet access, a ZIP opener and a PDF reader; printing is optional. The PDFs are printable, not interactive answer forms. The licence permits one learner to study, retain personal backups and print for that learner. No resale, public upload, sharing with a class or redistribution.
Guest checkout requires no account. After confirmed payment and valid immediate-supply agreement, access is provided through the order/download link and receipt email. Check your email address before ordering. Current delivery has no numerical download limit or preset link expiry; save a personal backup. This is not a guarantee of permanent website hosting and does not limit statutory rights.
CANCELLATION AND IMMEDIATE SUPPLY
You normally have 14 days after the day the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. If you expressly agree to digital supply during this period and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right, that right is lost once supply begins. Faulty-content rights remain. Two separate unticked choices must record consent and acknowledgement; accepting general terms alone is insufficient.
If you do not want immediate supply, contact support@btecrevision.com before purchase to request delayed supply. To cancel where the right applies, send a clear cancellation statement with your order number and order email to the verified seller contact. You do not have to use a particular form.
FAULTY FILES AND REFUNDS
Tell us if files are inaccessible, corrupt or not as described. Where required by law, we will repair or replace at no cost within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Where neither remedy can be required, or the required remedy is not provided on that basis, an appropriate price reduction may be due, including a full refund where appropriate. Downloading does not remove these rights.
For an agreed statutory price reduction, refund without undue delay and within 14 days of agreeing entitlement, to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise; no refund fee. Other statutory refunds follow the applicable legal deadline. No physical return packaging or return postage applies. Accidental duplicate purchases will be checked against payment records. Future access may be withdrawn after a full refund; copies already saved cannot be technically retrieved. These terms do not limit statutory rights.
SUPPORT AND COMPLAINTS
Email support@btecrevision.com with your order number, order email, device/browser and a short issue description. Check spam and the purchase email address. A verified buyer can request a current download link or accessibility assistance. Never send card numbers, CVCs, passwords or private download links. Hide personal/payment information in screenshots.
For a complaint, put Complaint in the email subject and state the outcome sought. Unresolved complaints receive a written review by iVision Learning Ltd; no surrender of statutory rights is required.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
The checkout lets you review the product, total and email address and correct errors before submitting. This is a one-off £5 digital purchase. Your paid order confirmation records your immediate-supply consent and acknowledgement and includes these terms in a format you can save. Payment details are handled by Stripe; do not email card details.
